Frequently asked questions
The admin panel speaks the language of the laboratory. We train your team during onboarding, and technicians only tap “Accept” in Telegram — there is no separate app to learn.
That is exactly our main difference. The system is not a template: services, stages, pay rules and the Telegram flow are configured per laboratory. All 5 live systems differ from each other.
Each laboratory gets its own isolated database that nobody else can see. An automatic backup is taken daily at 03:00 and stored encrypted off-site. The site is protected with SSL.
The system runs in the cloud, so it needs the internet. The upside: access from any device, anywhere — phone, tablet or computer, nothing to install.
During onboarding we enter the doctor list, prices and opening balances together — the system works with real numbers from day one.
Yes. Prices are fixed in dollars for stability, but payment is accepted in UZS at the current rate — Click, Payme or cash.
The system lives together with its server, domain, SSL, backups and ongoing support. With a one-time sale all of that stops at the first problem. In our model, keeping your system alive and improving is our interest too.
